Wholesale & Retail Ordering Information
Smoky Mountain Metal Arts, Inc. markets our products through a network of distributors and retail outlets across America and Canada.
Please review our products and we feel that you will agree that you and your customers deserve the very best handcrafted metal art to purchase and sell. We have invested years and now our third and forth generations of our family business all strive to make every metal art product one that we would have to display as our own.
If you would like to become one of our retailers, please call after your review of our products in the SHOP online section of our web site. If you want to sign up then after a short phone interview we can have you logged in and ordering immediately from our wholesale web site catalog. We add additional retail stores based on the following information.

- Credit application for net terms, must have been in business for 2 years or have additional information to furnish , please call direct. All credit terms are approved by our credit department.
Ordering Requirements
No minimum future orders.
Drop shipping service charge is 5% of the wholesale plus $2.00 per customer order, plus actual shipping charges. ( drop shipping available only in U.S. and Canada ) We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Backorders
We make every effort to ship you orders complete. However when a backorder occurs, we will invoice you for all items shipped and then the backorder will be invoiced separately when shipped. The backordered items will usually ship within 5-7 days.
Returns
We must be notified of all shipping shortages, damages, and discrepancies within 5 calendar days. Replacement products will be shipped as soon as we get proof that the item is being returned for replacement or credit. The returned item will be invoice at time of shipment.
Products are made to order, so all sales are final. To ensure all orders are received on a timely matter please allow up to 2 weeks. Christmas season orders must be received by September 1st for shipping during this peak ordering time. Call customer service to check estimated delivery dates.
