Sales tax applies only to orders for the state of Tennessee. Return policy Any product damaged or loss in shipping will be replaced at no cost to buyer. We must be notified on receipt of order within 5 days. Please call customer service at 865-982-9552 M-F 9-6PM Eastern time for instructions on returning damaged product. Satisfaction guarantee We will refund your money for the purchase of any product that you are dissatisfied with, excluding shipping and insurance cost to return. A 10% restocking fee will applied to all returned orders. Custom orders Email request to engineering design at john@smokymountainmetalarts.com Custom orders and special designs are our specialty. Please contact us with your plans, drawings, or ideals by email, phone, or fax. Once the design is approved then we must be paid in advance to complete. Custom designs can not be returned because they have been made especially per the customer approved design. Disclaimer Due to our products being handcrafted, variances in appearance will occur and will give each piece its own look and feel. All painted products are protected with an industrial paint for outside use and display. All rustic designs are protected with a protective clear coat that when exposed to weather and ultraviolet light will need to have a recoating once a year with a clear exterior lacquer spay.
